Fine Organic Industries Limited announced it has completed the acquisition of an 80% equity stake in Oleofine Organics SDN. BHD. (“OFM”) for RM 34,208,000 (equivalent to Rs 80.17 crore) with effect from September 9, 2026, making OFM a subsidiary of the company. Additionally, Fine Organic Industries stated that Fine Organic Industries (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“FOIT”) has also become a subsidiary, as the company, together with OFM, now controls more than one-half of FOIT's voting power.
